GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
CODE OF CONDUCT
Be kind and considerate to everyone in the group at all times. Follow instructions of the facilitators.
We accept all skill levels. We aim to provide a safe haven for all participants - no judgements in this space. Our goal is to learn and have fun!
HEALTH & SAFETY
Game Roost will not be liable for personal injury sustained or lost & damaged property while on the premises. Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
You agree to pay the costs and authorize Game Roost to take steps we may consider necessary to protect your child/ren’s welfare in the event of an emergency such as ambulance transportation.
If you are unwell - please stay at home.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any allergies your child/ren may have.
CANCELLATIONS, REBOOKINGS & REFUNDS
Fees are payable to secure your booking.
14 days prior the program: Full refund in the form of store credit/gift card.
No refunds for no show or no attendance as we're running on a limited space.
Cancelled Programs: Full refund.
CLOTHING
Game Roost is not responsible for any damage to the participant's clothing & footwear. Please dress appropriately.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
Game Roost has the right to refuse entry or cancel or dismiss your booking if the participant;
· Acts inappropriately, has a disruptive behaviour or creates a Health & Safety risk for self or others;
· Fails to comply with Rules and Guidelines;
· Behaves in an offensive, disruptive, or threatening manner to other participants and teacher/facilitator.
*Any dismissal will not be eligible for any refunds or rebooking.
CONSENT FOR VIDEO, IMAGES AND EMAIL
You acknowledge and give consent that, upon entering the Game Roost shop, you and the participants you are responsible for may be photographed and/or videoed for security, safety, and promotional purposes (photos may be posted on the website or social media).
By providing your email to Game Roost, you consent to receiving marketing emails from us.
FOOD & DRINKS
Please have your child/ren bring their own lunch, afternoon snack, and a water bottle. Please clearly label the lunchboxes and bottle with your child’s name. Please note that this only allowed for School Holiday & After School Program participants. We have some snacks & drinks available onsite for purchase.
REGISTRATION & SIGN IN / OUT
Please complete the registration form when you book your child to the programme.
For safety, make sure to sign your child in at drop-off and sign them out at pick-up each day they attend.
