Shipping policy
Order Processing
We aim to process and ship online orders within 1-3 business days. All items are shipped from Auckland.
If you're paying via bank transfer, we'll have to wait for your payment to come through to our account before we can process your order. If we don't receive the payment in our account within 2 days, your order will not be processed and may be cancelled.
A notification email will be sent once your order has shipped.
IMPORTANT:
Please be careful in selecting the correct shipping option to avoid any delays. If your address is in a rural area, please make sure to choose Rural shipping option to avoid any delays.
Processing times may differ during and/or around public holidays especially during the Christmas period.
We DO NOT ship any dangerous goods (i.e. Spray Paints). These are only available for pick up.
FREE Store Pick Up
We aim to process store pick-up orders within the same day (usually within a few hours depending on the time order was placed). A notification email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up from Game Roost shop during store hours.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items will be shipped (or can be picked up) no earlier than the release date for that product. If you order any other regular items with a pre-order item, please note that these will be shipped together. Therefore, if you would like to receive the regular items earlier, you would have to place a separate order.
